Speedwell Forge lake
Located in Lancaster County, Speedwell Forge Lake is a 106-acre impoundment owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) for public fishing and boating.
Speedwell Forge is a popular destination for un-powered boat (mainly canoes and kayaks) users looking for a peaceful place to watch wildlife, exercise, fish, or just to enjoy some time on the water. A pavilion with picnic tables is available by the lake. Portable restrooms are available seasonally.

We provide free delivery service to Speedwell Forge Lake.
We do not have guide service. You are on your own on the water.
You put in and take out at the same place.
Our kayaks are registered in the state of PA and permitted for launch at all PA State Parks & PA Fish & Boat Commission Access Areas.
We have fishing kayaks for all things fishing. (But you will need your PA fishing license)
Close to Lancaster, Reading, and Hershey near the towns of Lititz, Manheim, and Ephrata.

Our rentals include kayak, paddle to get you around, a personal flotation device (vest), whistle, and shuttle service.
Bring your sunscreen, water bottle, big smile and you’re all set.
Dress in something you don’t mind getting wet.
